Sales Tax – 10.50%

Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel and the vacancy cannot be filled, you will be charged the amount equal to each night of your original reservation. If I can fill the vacancy, the entire amount will be refunded, less a $50.00 service fee.
For example: if you book for three nights and the vacancy can be filled for two nights you will owe the amount equal to the third night. If we can fill the vacancy for three nights you will owe the $50.00 service fee.
No Refunds Due to Adverse Weather Conditions!

Deposit Policy

Your reservation is confirmed when I receive a notice from pay pal that a deposit has been paid, equal to the amount of 50% of cost of your stay.
If you are planning to pay the remaining balance on a credit card, please do so via pay pal before you arrive in Glacier. If you would like to pay the balance with cash/check/money order, you may do so after your arrival.

** NOTE – SAME AND NEXT DAY online bookings are not secured unless confirmed with me, either by phone or e-mail.

If you would like to use your credit card to earn points, you will need to pay in full at time of booking. We do not have the ability to process credit cards in Glacier. If you do not pay in full before arrival, you will need to bring cash or check for the remainder of the balance.
