Fully furnished with a queen bed in the loft and futon bed in the
living room. Futon might be suitable for one child.
Amenties include: Gas fire place, large deck,DVD/VCR, Full kitchen,
microwave, coffee maker.

Nearby Activities include: Fishing, Hiking, Rafting, Biking,
Skiing, Snowboarding, Cross-Country Trails, Waterfalls, Glaciers,
Snowmobiling, Swimming, Bird-Watching and Relaxing.


Rental Rates:

Nightly Rate = $100.00
Nightly rates include cleaning:
*NO ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES*

2 Night Minimum.
**3 Night Minimum for the two weeks around Christmas/New Years, and Thanksgiving, Martin Luther King, and Presidents' Weekends.

Plus 10.5% sales tax.

Bookings:

Cascade Loft is currently reserved for:


February: 13-14, 25-27.
March: 12-14, 18-21, 25-27.

It is open for all other dates.


Deposits/Cancellations:

Your reservation is confirmed when we receive a check or money order
for the amount of the first night of your intended stay.

We will hold the booking for 5 days from the verbal confirmation.
If the deposit is not received within that time frame we will cancel the booking.

If you choose to cancel and we cannot fill the vacancy, you will be charged the amount equal to each night of your original reservation. If we can fill the vacancy, the entire amount will be refunded, less a $50.00 service fee.

For example: if you book for three nights and we fill the vacancy for two nights you will owe the amount equal to the third night. If we can fill the vacancy for three nights you will owe the $50.00 service fee.
