Guests are required to book two nights minimum.
**Three Night Minimum for the two weeks around Christmas/New Years, and Thanksgiving, Martin Luther King, and Presidents' Weekends.

Deposits/Cancellations:
Because the Cascade Retreat is a venue that requires several
families or large groups of people to fill, it is not an easy place
to re-book on short notice.
Due to this, we have a strict cancellation policy.
Your reservation is confirmed when we receive a check or money order for the entire amount of your intended stay. We will hold the booking for 5 days from the verbal confirmation. If the deposit is not received within that time frame we will cancel the booking.
If you choose to cancel and we cannot fill the vacancy, you will be charged the amount equal to each night of your original reservation. If we can fill the vacancy, the entire amount will be refunded, less a $50.00 service fee. For example: if you book for three nights and we fill the vacancy for two nights you will owe the amount equal to the third night. If we can fill the vacancy for three nights you will owe the $50.00 service fee.
No Refunds Due to Adverse Weather Conditions!
The
driveway to the Retreat is steep and can be difficult in snow/icy conditions.
Good snow tires or all-wheel drive are recommended.
